StepAhead 365 ("we") sells a read-only Microsoft 365 security posture scan and compliance templates. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Email list: your email address, the role you pick (business owner, MSP, other), your quiz score if you choose to send it, and the page that referred you.
Purchases: when checkout opens, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, and what you bought, never your full card number.
Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.

What we do not collect

The quiz runs in your browser; your individual answers are never sent to us. The scanner runs on your own computer, reads your tenant with read-only permissions, and writes its report to your machine. Scan results are not uploaded to us.

How we use it

To send the fix list and StepAhead 365 updates you asked for, deliver purchases, answer support questions, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email is sent from Google Workspace/Gmail. A payment processor will handle checkout once it opens. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe line. Reply "unsubscribe" or email us to be removed, and we will remove you promptly. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

Retention

We keep list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and purchase records as long as tax law requires.

Children

StepAhead 365 is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.
